Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the participants or the promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“the CPA”).
GENERAL
The Competition is sponsored by Pick n Pay Retailers (Proprietary) Limited with its registered address at 101 Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth, 7708. Rights are reserved to amend the terms and conditions as well as terminate the competition at any time. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Zevenview Shopping Centre; Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd; its sponsors, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agents.
Competition rules:
- Three moms could each win a R1000 Pick n Pay gift voucher.
- Each biscuit/chocolate packet will contain a secret number.
- If the secret number corresponds with one of the 3 lucky numbers, the mom wins the prize.
- The lucky numbers are 3, 90 and 180.
- The note indicating the lucky secret number must be provided to the Property Manager as proof.
- Contact Renita Horn at rhorn@pnp.co.za to arrange prize handover.
- The winners must be available to be photographed (pictures will appear on social media).
- All prizes must be collected by end of May 2025.
- Only 1 packet per customer may be collected. One prize per customer.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash; the judge’s decision is final.
- Neither Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd; Zevenview Shopping Centre, nor any of its sponsors, affiliates and agencies, nor their employees accepts liability for any:
- Injury, losses or damage sustained as a result of the use of the prize or participation in the competition. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
- Oversight, ambiguity, error or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, which any of the employees, agents, affiliates or sponsors may commit in the running of the competition and the awarding of the prizes.
