IMPORTANT NOTICE
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the participants or the promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“the CPA”).

GENERAL
The Competition is sponsored by Pick n Pay Retailers (Proprietary) Limited with its registered address at 101 Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth, 7708. Rights are reserved to amend the terms and conditions as well as terminate the competition at any time. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Zevenview Shopping Centre; Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd; its sponsors, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agents.

1. To enter, your name, email address and phone number must be written on the back of the till slip of at least R350 value, and placed into the entry box.
2. A copy of the slip may be used if the original must be kept for warranty purposes, but only 1 entry per slip is allowed.
3. Competition entries close on Sunday 30 November 2025. The winner will be drawn on Monday 1 December 2025. If the first drawn entry cannot be reached on 1 December, a new winner may be selected.
4. The prizes are as indicated on the advertising material, but can be provided as a prize of a similar value if a specific item is not available.
5. The winners must allow for a photograph of themselves for our social media and marketing materials.
6. No employee of Zevenview Shopping Centre, or any of its affiliated companies, shops, including Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd and/or agencies and members of their immediate families, may enter this competition.
7. The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
8. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Neither Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd; Zevenview Shopping Centre, nor any of its sponsors, affiliates and agencies, nor their employees accepts liability for any:
   • Injury, losses or damage sustained as a result of the use of the prize or participation in the competition. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
   • Oversight, ambiguity, error or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, which any of the employees, agents, affiliates or sponsors may commit in the running of the competition and the awarding of the prizes.
